1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform of THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are a whitelisted, approved user and agree to these Terms of Service.

THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB (RC 9021905) is a closed, invitation-only platform. Public access is not permitted.

2. Platform Role — Closed, Invitation-Only

THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB is a private platform that provides whitelisted users with access to third-party affiliate campaigns. We do not:

Accept deposits or hold user funds
Process payments directly (transfers via licensed payment gateways)
Guarantee earnings from third-party campaigns
Onboard public users

3. KYC Requirement

All whitelisted users must complete identity verification (KYC) before any earnings reconciliation is initiated. THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB reserves the right to request additional documentation.

4. No Financial Services

THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB is not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. We provide only campaign access and reconciliation instruction services. All transfers are executed by licensed third-party payment gateways.

5. No Earnings Guarantees

THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB makes no guarantees regarding earnings from third-party campaigns. Campaign performance and commission rates are determined by independent third-party networks.

6. Termination

THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB reserves the right to terminate whitelist access at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, or at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
