1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform of THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are a whitelisted, approved user and agree to these Terms of Service.
THE EMPIRE AFFILIATE MARKETING HUB (RC 9021905) is a closed, invitation-only platform. Public access is not permitted.
2. Platform Role — Closed, Invitation-Only
THE EMPIRE is a private platform that provides whitelisted users with access to third-party affiliate campaigns. We do not:
· Accept deposits or hold user funds
· Process payments directly (transfers via licensed payment gateways)
· Guarantee earnings from third-party campaigns
· Onboard public users
3. Free Resources & CPA Offers
In addition to the closed affiliate platform, our website offers free digital resources (templates, guides, toolkits) to the public. These resources are unlocked by completing a third-party advertising offer served by a CPA network (e.g., CPAGrip). By using our free resources section, you acknowledge and agree that:
· Resources are provided "as-is" for informational and educational purposes
· Completing an offer does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any resource for your specific needs
· Offers are served by third-party advertising networks operating under their own terms and privacy policies
· THE EMPIRE earns a commission when you complete an offer — see our Affiliate Disclosure
· We do not control the content, terms, or data practices of third-party offers
· You are responsible for reviewing the terms of any offer before completing it
4. KYC Requirement
All whitelisted users must complete identity verification (KYC) before any earnings reconciliation is initiated. THE EMPIRE reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
5. No Financial Services
THE EMPIRE is not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. We provide only campaign access and reconciliation instruction services. All transfers are executed by licensed third-party payment gateways.
6. No Earnings Guarantees
THE EMPIRE makes no guarantees regarding earnings from third-party campaigns. Campaign performance and commission rates are determined by independent third-party networks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and resource materials — is the property of THE EMPIRE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Free resources downloaded from our site are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in the resource itself.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
· Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
· Attempt to access the platform without whitelist authorization
· Submit false or misleading information during KYC or account registration
· Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
· Redistribute free resources for commercial purposes without authorization
· Manipulate, abuse, or exploit CPA offers (e.g., using bots, VPNs, or fake information)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE EMPIRE shall not be liable for:
· Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or free resources
· Actions or omissions of third-party advertising networks, payment gateways, or campaign managers
· Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
· Decisions made based on the content of free resources
10. Termination
THE EMPIRE reserves the right to terminate whitelist access at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, or at our sole discretion. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
